-DOES IT SOUND TO KNOW YOU? Development is not about training hardest or most of all, but about training smartest. Whether your goal is to increase muscle mass, lose weight or gain weight then the most important thing is to get the right amount of quality nutrition, the right kind of quality exercise and a sufficient amount of rest for recovery.
It all starts in development first with food that builds the foundation for development and is done with the right kind of food, when the foundation is good start building the desired development with the right workout, when nutrition and training are at the right level hold true so remember to rest.
WHAT IS THERE SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF TRAINING?
It’s hard to give the right answer to this, the right amount of training depends on your goals. Many say they want to keep themselves fit, but there is no time and it is an obstacle to development and goals, but it is often an excuse. It all starts with you and your determination and desire to succeed and achieve the goals you set for yourself, if you want something to work for it you have to work for it if you dream about it but it is a dream and does not help you to reach the goals.
The WHERE CAN I GET MORE TIME IN THE DAY?
Many people have time to watch TV and it is watched for an average of 2 hours 9 minutes a day, it does 2 full 7.5 hour working days a week, ie 8 full working days a month! Could you tweak it for a few hours? Remember that the time you spend training is not out of you but it is hardly time for yourself.
